Job description:
At Hoppy you would be responsible for all our warehouses, wherever you have your own workplace. You keep our shared scooters and e-bikes operational, so repair and maintenance of the vehicles. This way you ensure that our users have a safe and super fun ride. We expect you to keep an overview, which gives you a lot of responsibility and freedom.
Requirements
Your main tasks:
- Support and communicate with our team of vehicle Support Agents (battery changers) to keep the e-steps and e-bikes working.
- Plan, monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of work procedures. You may adjust these procedures where necessary.
- Checking, managing and adjusting the stock.

- You have a technical background, whatever that might be
- You have already had experience in a similar role
- Your initiative shows and flourishes under freedom
- Have a Dutch/EU car driving license (Class B) and feel comfortable driving a van
- You master the Dutch language and can speak English
- You are available full time
We expect you to be able to multitask, prioritize and communicate with different teams at the same time. You must have a hands-on mentality, be a studious person and handy!
Bonus points if you:
- Are passionate about sustainability and urban transport
- Are enterprising and can work independently
- Are familiar with the region of Belgium and the mentioned cities
- Have an affinity with electric vehicles (step/e-bike)
