Future goals
We care about the quality and sustainability of our zero-emission vehicles. Hoppy also looks for the most sustainable option at the end of the vehicles’ lifespan. This is one of the reasons why we opted for swappable batteries.
If the autonomy of a battery is strongly weakened, it can easily be exchanged with a new battery so that the life of the scooter is not compromised.
In line with this vision, all parts of the scooter and bicycle are completely replaceable. When our vehicles come to the end of their life, we will not use them resell to third parties but recycle as much as possible. This way the vehicles will be as much as possible dismantled so that the correct recycling process can be completed for each part separately.

We hire locally and partner with local communities
Swappable batteries and changing batteries only with Cargo bikes and electric vans, batteries can now be swapped on the spot, using cargo bikes and e-vans.
Recycling In general, all raw materials, as well as the electronic components and batteries will be recovered by 100%. Still functioning parts are reused on other e-scooters.
Extending vehicle lifespan. We invest in better vehicles and in training local repair teams so each vehicle and spare part can be used as long as possible.
